eco flow is garbage. They outsource their customer service to India and play all kinds of games when you have issues with their products. Why is it not a pure sine wave where we can operate PC and such equipments ? There is a delay in turning ON the generator if the main Power is turned OFF causing the PC to turn OFF

The when he was doing the computer test. He used the app. It's always going to show the best results. It should have been sudden like somebody switching the breaker off. Simulate a real power outage while he was on the computer

Yeah. It's pretty much a NO DEAL for LOW INCOME seniors who require oxygen and such when the power goes out from storms. Many of us live in apartments for low income elderly WE are always the ones who get fckd over in urgent situations. Cant even get a low interest bank loan. We are ALWAYS left with predatory loan places want 300% interest to try and get a half way decent older automobile or anything remotely "$3,000 with all the extras" like EcoFLOW.. Where on earth would one even set solar paneling from an apartment? Don't get me wrong. The concept IS amazing. and the technology is warranted. But, do you see how this is problematic for LOTS of people?

I ordered EchoFlow with the 3 parts, battery, transfer switch and the cable! Never received the cable!

I love ECOFLOW but my gas generator has a remote push button start and is super quiet. You don’t need to exaggerate how hard gas generators are to use. Your product is great already. Gas generators are needed also, that’s why you sell them also. Just talk about how great your product is.

Not backwards compatible with Gen 2 EcoFlow Delta Pro?

1. Why it is compared with gas generator when you have previous generation of Delta pro? 2. Almost all benefits are available in previous generation.... 3. Where is Delta 3 or Delta 3 Max? These are interesting too

Solar generators are great but a gas backup is always good to have just in case you have very bad weather

Why they dont come to Bangladesh with a manufacturing facility and R&D department and produce this type of good products.. They can easily reduce cost & time and get raw materials from china & india easily... Produce world class product and distributing those throughout the subcontinent ....
